Formed in the year 1856, Cache County is home to 1.1 million people, 34K households and 26K family units. It was named after the caches of fur made by many of the Rocky Mountain Fur Company trappers. Enclosing an expanse of 1,173 sq mi of land, it is the habitat of a variety of races including White, Black, Native American, Asian, Pacific Islander, Hispanic and many more. Logan is the County seat and the largest city.
